Micolombe is nestled in the hills just a short 10-minute walk from the beautiful Canadel beach.
It is designed in the Provençale style, featuring ‘terre cuite’ tiled roofs & soft terracotta exterior walls.
The main structure includes a salon, kitchen, & 3 bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom), alongside an annex that contains an additional three en-suite bedrooms & a storage area.

Throughout our home, you will find rustic tiled flooring, while the bathrooms are adorned with local ceramic tiles.
There is a sheltered seating area as well as an outdoor pergola for al fresco dining. We proudly display a collection of paintings created by local artists.
All bedrooms come equipped with air conditioning and radiators for winter warmth.
We have owned the villa for many years, primarily using it for our own holidays, but we have recently chosen to offer it for limited rental.

Le Rayol Canadel is a charming village situated in this tranquil coastal area and offers a variety of services, including an excellent butcher, a bakery, a small supermarket (Casino), a tabac/wine merchant, a pharmacy, and a doctor’s office, and a delightful café/brasserie nearby!
